That's crazy and I'm going to take a guess based on the article (either way this should be done). If you are using Windows type this in Explorer: Control Panel\System and Security\System
Click Remote Settings and make sure Remote Assitance is unchecked, Windows comes stock/standard with Remote Assistance Enabled. Make sure that you disable it to not allow Windows Remote Assistance.

Get even. when it comes to you, put it on a standalone computer and load a packet bomber onto it. then when it goes back to the sender, I guarantee they will never bother you again.
