I use Chambord when making my pecan cherry fudge brownies (extra dark chocolate). I use bourbon when making my pecan date shortbread or my Hatch green chile pork loin roast. Guess I'll need to try more bourbon recipes with my chocolate concoctions. Should be interesting. Thanks for the share!
