I was wondering about the speed of the torp? With 3rd party guidance the target can move and still get hit but if it starts moving soon enough can it cause a miss?

I've heard that before, they do more damage when under the vessel than actually striking it kind of like old depth charges. The concussion wave did far more damage than the explosion did.
