I'm glad she made it. The unit has converted to infantry. The whole class is already behind the power curve; especially the NCO's. The classes on combat orders and TLP's are good, but succinct. They will need mentoring by senior infantry personnel in order to be able to execute their mission. Hopefully, there are some that have been serving in the infantry for awhile to guide them and help them refine their battlecraft once they get back to their unit.

Maybe this female Infantry NCO can be mentored by the Wyoming NG PV1 that had to go through 14 weeks of Infantry School to earn his Blue Cord

As a once Pvt in the Kansas national guard, fresh out of basic and AIT training at Fort Benning GA. I had the honor of mentoring my PSG. Who just happened to be a MSG from a medical unit. But the main suggestion I can give is this. If you want to know what it's like to be Blue, ask someone who's been Blue. Manchu!!!!!

In the field as a woman in an infantry unit, you don't get separate bathrooms or even sleeping quarters in the field. So she might want to get use to showing herself to her squad.
