Body language is important, but probably one of the other biggest mistakes is not knowing anything about the company you're interviewing for. Do at least SOME research on the job before you interview!
One of the hiring managers at a federal agency I worked for related that they interviewed someone who had absolutely no idea what the organization did and when asked, "why do you want to work here?" responded with "I need the money".
