I am so proud of what he did to deal with his PTSD. I'm hoping he has found peace and some understanding in his quest for those two goals. Maybe he can set up some sort of a Hike for Health and help others deal with PTSD too. I wish him all the best that life has to offer.

He definitely got out of his comfort zone and was successful, in his quest to overcome PTSD. I'm very proud of him too, SFC Jim Ruether .

Goes to show, that you don't need a shrink, or meds all the time to overcome something.
