I'm surprised that a British website misspelled "Le Morte D'Arthur" (That apostrophe is kind of important) Malory's book itself is virtually unreadable to modern tastes, but it has served as the basis for all who came after. I've read a few. My favorite is the Camulod series written by Jack Whyte. He took Malory's basic outline of mythology and mashed it up with the actual history surrounding the period when Rome withdrew from the British Isles. You come to believe that your are reading history instead of a novel. He even succeeds in crafting an interesting and believable story about Arthur's famous sword, Excalibur, and the Lady of the Lake. I recommend it highly...

CPT Jack Durish I enjoy reading Tennyson as well as Mallory. I will have to take a look at the Camulod chronicles. By the way, I noticed that error as well!
