So, they figured out that what we were doing when I went through PLDC in '90, and what I was teaching at PLDC '00-'02 were actually the way to go...whodathunkit!!

Army leadership can’t seem to figure out which direction they want to go. The same is occurring with eliminating sequence numbers and promoting off an OML. There are drawbacks from either system—and each time we switch those same drawbacks are cited as the “why.”

I also noticed how the STEP replaced the Sequence but then.....ever so slowly the different ways are meshing into each other. Sequence, STEP, OML....all becoming one. And still there are problems.
