A related case I was watching closely has turned out in a good way. In that case the DOJ was attempting to compel MIcrosoft to turn over the contents of a customer's email from a server stored in Ireland. Had the DOJ prevailed it would have just about destroyed the overseas cloud offerings of every US firm.
