They had problems over the holidays partially due to the large number of travelers, the weather and a computer system that couldn’t keep,up. As flights were grounded, some crews using ride a long couldn’t make it to fly their route. During a small window, they managed to de ice and take off in Denver. Mine was one of the few flights to make it out before they shut the airport down.
