Toccata and Fugue in D Minor (Best Version Ever)

My father used to maintain the bells at the church where I grew up and I got to play with (and in and around the organ). I was truly surprised when I climbed into the pipe loft and discovered that the huge pipes visible to the congregation were mostly for show. Inside the loft were racks and racks of pipes of every size and description. Metal. Wood. You name it. It was then I understood what all those knobs (stops) were surrounding the keyboards.

It was around thanksgiving or so (doesn't matter) but it was after mass & most of the folks had processed out... out of nowhere the organist launched into Bachs Toccata & Fugue...

By the time he was done he had a full house & got a standing O... life happens when you least expect it...
