We build emotional walls to keep us from getting hurt any more, and those walls are extremely difficult to break down. Cheyenne Mountain is easier to breach than our defenses.

COL Mikel J. Burroughs It took 25 years before I was told I suffered from PTSD... a couple more to accept it... a few more to tell my fourth wife(yep... not proud... just stating fact)... and then I started dealing with it through various programs. & my faith. Today, I better understand why things happened the way they did in my life & I'm finally ok with that. Some days I struggle... but I have the tools and my LORD in dealing with those days. Today I am OK!
Thanks COL Mikel J. Burroughs
