Doh!
I do take issue with the attack on the Yamato being less than heroic. I would challenge the author of the list to fly into the face of the anti-aircraft fire and throw a coke bottle or pocket change at the ship. Bet I wouldn't get a taker on that one.

I knew that the American invasion of Kiska occurred after the Japanese had evacuated; however, I did not know all of the problems that came trying to secure it.
