Good thing it is not like in the 1960-70s when there was lots of Article 15s, and court martial. Monday mornings were very different. In the 1970s, there were a lot who did not get a GCM. :)

This is what I don't get because we complete reports on everything and major crimes get reported to CRC. I don't understand why we cant get that info into NCIC reliably.

I am sure the random S1 clerk does not have access, but the Military Courts surely do and they should input the information as soon as the conviction is adjudicated.
Road MP's only have access to the normal Law Enforcement return screen where it says if the person is wanted or not....

Capt Gregory Prickett - From what I am finding on Google, NLETS does not feed information into NCIC. Is that correct?

SPC Casey Ashfield - We do have access to NCIC. I am a NCIC operator. Now who goes back and makes sure that dispositions are entered into the system properly that could be the problem.

SSG (Join to see) - Thank you SSG. Not being MP, that was something I did not know. But it makes sense if the ability to input into NCIC is there, the missing part is failure to supervise.
