If they are not pressing charges but allegations were founded it seems they didn't have an issue with what he did, but how he did it. Either way sad he lost the job because of it.

I realize we don't know the particulars, but what the actual hell is up with senior Army enlisted and officers in Texas? Is the heat making them go off the rails? Just do the goddamned job! Flaming morons!
