I was in Africa (Egypt) for three weeks in August, 1987, PO1 William "Chip" Nagel. As much as I've always liked this song, I have no interest in ever returning to Africa.

Remember this, PO1 William "Chip" Nagel? To get to Africa, DA made us have an entry on virtually every page, to include a bubonic plague vaccination, which "has not been found to be very useful for plague prevention."
I don't even want to go to a place that requires that many preventive measures!

PO2 Robert M. Some of Our Shipmates went to Russia. Some of My Guys toured the Russian Ships during the 50th Anniversary of VJ Day. We are Collectors of Information. It is Our Nature.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I remember the peeps from the Naval Research group went to the USSR - the floor above and below them were "vacant". Obviously for the Security Services to monitor them!
