Trey Gowdy 'Fascinated' by Ever-Changing Defense in the IRS Scandal

I haven't agreed with several things I have heard Mr. Gowdy preach about, but this seems fairly accurate. Either the IRS is improperly handling groups (or discriminating) or they aren't and it seems highly inappropriate for someone to invoke the fifth if they know their subordinates will be testifying. They should admit what ignorance (if any) that they have, admit what knowledge they are asked about, and accept responsibility as the boss. That is just a fundamental aspect of being a leader.
