You can be strong and fast. And tall. Stop making excuses. If you're telling me you don't want to run so you can be strong, or don't want to lift so you can run fast, or lose weight, or whatever, there are tall heavy strong fast people. The point where you have to train before your running negatively effects your lifting ability is probably not where you are at.
