Me Too! Head injuries severe enough to be transported out of Vietnam to Japan for reconstructive surgery - and the best part - no memory of that tour at all. Second tour I managed to keep my head down - no injuries. My son did 4 tours in the Gulf Wars only the mental scars, a bad back and two knee replacements, after he retired with 22 years active.
