They could use the Kaesong Industrial Zone. There should be plenty of facilities, It's been closed for about two years and you can see it from the south

Hmmmm... 'Negotiations' with North Korea? Haven't we already gone down this path? The Clinton administration 'negotiated' with the DPRK and, once the North Koreans extracted all the concessions they could get, the end result was their nuclear program continued merrily on its way.

I'm all for sitting down and talking. But, I hope we don't give them anything to stop their nuke program. History shows as soon as they get it, they'll be back again looking for more.

can you think of an alternative that does not involve the death of hundreds of thousands for Freindlies and possibly a war with China and Russia?
