Emphasis on diplomacy and "acting Presidential" is really putting style over substance, when in our previous efforts at diplomacy (appeasement) people were either too stupid to realize they were being lied to, or too apathetic to care.

Sgt Wayne Wood - A lot of people in this country have completely forgotten that there's a club involved with diplomacy. Their version of diplomacy is "Here, take our money!"
Which, come to think of it, would be perfectly fine if people were just giving away their own money.

4th rate countries suck every nickel and dime they can from US, and we willingly give them mo and mo, hoping they just might like US and help US. But this is and has never been the case. The takers just take and take as long as we give it up and we get nothing in return. We have been played for suckers for years until we seem to like it that way. Maybe this POTUS will at least make 'em squirm a little bit while taking our handouts.
