Trump attacks F-35 maker for 'out of control' costs

I am just going to call this a stupid reporter. "It is not known what prompted Trump's Tweet"

"According to the fiscal 2017 Department of Defense budget released earlier this year, the Pentagon planned to spend $10.1 billion for F-35s -- 43 F-35As for the Air Force, 16 F-35Bs for the Marine Corps and 4 F-35Cs for the Navy."
Followed by:
"Several stories about Carter's visit have pointed out that the F-35 program costs about $400 billion overall for the next few years, making it the Pentagon's most expensive program."
His Tweet speaks to costs being out of control- pretty straight forward to me. As a businessman I am sure he sees this as no over site on spending. He is putting them on alert that business as usual is going away. Great reporting....

This is what happens when adults run the country. These suppliers who rely on lobbying to get fat contracts will be put on notice that they need to perform, or there will be repercussions.
