I think organized gravest threat the last few decades has been the export of US jobs to other countries. Organized labor needs to wise up and realize their demands, in many cases, are forcing decisions that are not good for their members. Trump at least is talking about bringing good jobs back.

Trump: 'I like right-to-work better'
Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said he favors states with right-to-work laws because it is better for the people to not have to pay union dues if they don't want to. We've had great support from [union] workers, the people that work, the real workers, but I love the right to work, Trump said. I like it better because it is lower. It is better for the people. You are not paying the big fees to the unions. The unions get big...

Cpl Craig Marton - Actually most the Cases that come before Labor Boards and regulatory agencies within the states are due to abuses by Management. some of the Agencies Federal and state more often than not have ruled in favor of labor on disputes. I have seen first hand the abuses of Management and filed grievances and charges against Management in over 20 years as an elected Police Union official. In private industry its more about huge pay packages and profit for the Management than it is about pay for employees. Not that Unions are right all the time, they aren't but even in Management course I have taken, 85% of the problems are directly attributed to management. I have also worked from the Management end and Contracts between Management and Unions is an agreement between both parties and both are expected to abide by those agreements. I have arrested Union Members of Non Police Unions as unlawful conduct is still unlawful conduct. Most Union Members though are hard working people trying to make a living and are there lazy people in the Union who try to avoid work, Yes there are, but You don't have to be a Union worker to be unproductive. The Unions do serve a purpose and some are better than others and We still need those regulatory agencies from the State and Federal Government to keep things in check.

Cpl Craig Marton - True enough, they are a very important Federal Agency and a good watchdog for working people.

SMSgt Lawrence McCarter - As with most government agencies it has been politicized under Obama and used to drive leftist agendas.

MCPO Roger Collins - i can't argue with that, it shouldn't have but it did. I just hope We can get back to the proper discharge of duties and ethics so these agencies can again function the way they were supposed to.

Should be very interesting as he is not a union fan as Hillary was.....Love to be a fly on the wall for some of those meetings.....I think lobbyists will have their work cut out for them.

SSG (Join to see) - Some Unions did, not all of them supported her but that tends to be true in any election though.
