I do not recall if Rob Porter was convicted in court? Or public opinion. He seems already convicted.

It would appear as if he was convicted by public opinion, but also, he was abusive to his female companions/wife, so that counts in this #Metoo environment. Not sure that isn't reason to deny clearance also. Too lazy this PM to check it out.
