This is a disparaging study that will quickly be dismissed regardless the Tax Policy Center considers itself non-partisan filled with subject matter experts on this subject. On the other hand, they are making a lot of assumptions based on past results of similar tax cuts and lack of details in the current GOP partisan plan. So yeah, there won't be economic growth yet there will be personal growth that benefits the few.
