I doubt they expected it to pass at this juncture......this was just designed to rattle Trump's cage. When Mueller gets finished........it might be time to visit this issue for real.

Absolutely nothing was presented today that would support any sort of charges for impeachment. The honorable representative from Texas has some issues that he needs to work on. Like not wasting time when we don't have an approved budget yet.
