Holy crap! Who is going to fly around and take bribes if all these people are gone? Who is going to ignore security issues for embassies? What about the ass kissing and apologizing? How are we ever going to survive? This is a pure travesty.

Somebody has to see the humor in not having to pay unemployment to useless people. It just shows how smart these people were. Get fired and draw a check or walk out and make statement. They all must be rich or stupid.

The spinning and twirling by the mainstream media has been rampant on this one. The facts are that this is a normal situation that takes place upon the assumption of office of every new president. Political appointees are required to submit their resignations to the new President, who can accept them or ask the appointee to stay on. It has no impact on the staff who are not political appointees and comprise the vast majority of an agency's staff.

The press and Democrats also highlight that it is detrimental to have these senior leaders leave before their replacements have been approved by the Senate. Whose fault is that??? Schumer is purposely delaying approval of Trump's nominees.

Besides, I don't see how our foreign relations can be worse off by having less people in the Department of State who were there during the Obama Administration. Being able to do nothing until the slots are filled is much better the continuing to do what they were doing when the slots were filled.

Much ado about nothing... Typical.

Someone is going to need to define the lost function for me. So some career bureaucrat diplomats have resigned BFD. Perhaps we should focus on getting the new Sec of State confirmed in the senate so he can start unscrewing that place.
