Until the articles of impeachment are delivered to the Senate no impeachment has taken place. Until Pelosi realizes that she cannot dictate the Senate rules for the Impeachment hearing I doubt she will deliver the articles of impeachment. Net gain = ZERO. Yet this was urgent.

They will be sent to the Senate. I'm not sure I buy the argument he hasn't been impeached. It's like saying a person hasn't been indicted until the trial begins. The vote has been recorded in the House and it is a part of history with or without the trial. This is a political process not a legal one, in politics anything seems to go
