USA today is a very biased newspaper. There are many types of employees at the CIA from admin to analyst to operatives SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
President Donald Trump undoubtedly has great confidence in the capabilities of the intel and operational side of the CIA. The mid-level managers and political appointees are another case - those are the ones who most likely have been causing problems.

All you can do is shake your head. He should start by owning what he said and stop trying to blame the media. Ask the CIA employees for forgiveness and move on.
