I knew something was not quite right so I did additional research:

Fact check: Avril Haines was first woman to serve as CIA deputy director. Appointed by Obama in 2013.

True, but there is qualitative difference between the two. Avril Haines was a lawyer with no Intel experience before she was hired to work in the Obama White House while Gina Haspel has been working for the CIA since 1985.
