Trump on North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un: "He's a pretty smart cookie"

No he's not...evil can never be intelligent...evil can only be conniving...and there's a vast gulf between the two, that all too frequently causes a tendency to,misconstrue the one for the other, as in the case with that fat reptilian toad....

He outsmarted Obama at every turn and we all know that we were told what a genius Obama was. Before him, his Father outsmarted US Presidents for decades.

I think "smart cookie" is alluding to how he has/is manipulating people inside his own country and world leaders of late. Trump has likely seen and read things that demonstrate how manipulative (smart) he has been in just 4 years as the dictator of NK. There is also no doubt Trump is getting advice about how to talk about him in public from people that study this sort of thing.

I know, I know, it is much more entertaining to make fun of Trump that give him any credit for at least standing up to this loser. Trump has, at least, moved China to action, something boy wonder, Obama was never quite able to do.
