We reduced forces in early-mid 2000s so how about we just conduct a full withdrawal and maintain an embassy like we do in most other countries the moment Pres. Moon and Kim sign an official treaty.

There are always options and considerations for drawdowns and troop movements. Had two divisions when I was there in 1966.
