I read the article. There is not a lot of info in it like what % of GDP Germany is providing towards their agreement. It also describes Russia as an enemy.
Is Russia an enemy? If so, why is Germany laying pipe with Russia? Russia is a regional power and has been having to deal with NATO'S expansion to it's borders as well as keeping it's base in Syria. Why are we pushing for a fight? Do we really want Ukraine to be in debt to the WTO? Will we protect Ukraine? Will Germany?
NATO destroyed Libya. Have you seen a video on Libya before it was destroyed by we came, we saw, he died Billary?
Europe has been taking advantage of a trade deal made after WW2 to get them back on their feet. POTUS is correct to get a better deal and it is long over due.
Russia has been the Boggie man for over 75yrs. Everytime there is a problem with globalists it's the Russians. It's the Russians. Yea, they are not perfect and Putin will kill. But it appears so are we and we will give the lead too.
It is time we are honest with ourselves, our so called friends and with our enemies. We can move forward with clarity instead of chaos and fake news.
I'm curious. Why does the reborn Roman Empire need American forces to protect it? Are they too busy in the baths?

I believe the premise is... "Why should we care more about the independence and existence of Western Europe than Western Europe does?" (not a direct quote of anyone). They carry the load they said they would carry, or we go home. I don't have a problem with that.
