We've already seen how this President and His Staff handle blatantly obvious Facts and Truth like the turnout at his Inauguration. Like His Spokeswoman Says He Has "Alternative Facts"! You know what the Rest of Us call Lies.

Only time will tell. Hopefully Secretary Mattis can ease the hawks that will be involved in the negotiations

If you believe the UN has a watchdog that isn't asleep on the porch. Part of the issue is the "obligations" are pretty tepid and they do other things like fire missiles, send patrol craft at our vessels, take hostages etc. We have a deal with the devil. A deal they will always look for a way to break.
We have sent plenty of cash over to Iran (and there is a possibility that was illegal). We will need real national security experts to assess our best path on a bad deal. Do we walk away, renegotiate, force better and more compliance etc. That is the operating reality. I trust people like Mattis, Flynn, Tillerson, Pompeo and a non politicized intel community to make a level assessment.
For the Obama administration it was all about getting any deal they could for legacy building. It was rushed forced and way too far in their favor.
