That’s the way it’s been for years. Until we get the trash out of there things won’t change. We have to vote them out.

Unfortunately, man has the ability to decide, and in a politicians view there are two decisions to be made. The first, will you serve you constituents, the second, will you serve yourself. The first is reinforced by the words of your Oath Of Service, and love of country, the second by the temptations of office and love of self and self desires! The temptatations of office are very great, and very often overwhelm the Oath and love of country. I have stayed in an elective office in my small town for twenty years, and I have been threatened, challenged, lied about, screamed at, charged (and charge dismissed), severly criticized, and offered temptations, on many occasions. Finally, in disgust for the system, and those whom I supposed served, I resigned to find a much more peaceful and enjoyable pastime. Since I am somewhat of an old serviceman, short-tempered, rough, speaking (on occassion as required), stubborn, opiniated, and bluff in manner and character, I endured much fewer attacks that the normal politician. Yes, by all means, vote them out, drain the swamp, fish out all the bottom-feeders, block the radicals, but despite all efforts they will return, one by one to again infest the swamp! So, not only must we "Vote Them Out" but we must be much more watchful about who and what we let in!!
