Trump signs resolution to permit dumping mining waste into waterways

I don’t think I understand everything about the details here. I do know the war on coal is over and hundreds of thousands of hard working miners are back at work making great money, instead of being on welfare. Entire towns shut down in West Virginia can now come back. There is a happy medium between environment and industry, I hope we are able to find it.

This will have fishermen and outdoor enthusiast up in arms.
