Issue is not simply about NATO defense spending by member, but encouraging Russia to attack. If Trump encouraged China to attack South Korea or Taiwan, it would be equivalent.

We should let the EU and NATO create their own European military. In doing so they will start to mimic American cities and our crumbling infrastructure.
