Why is it we still believe the NYT and WaPo. You can't honestly believe these actions were taken without prior approval of SecDef or the President. These senior officers would have been drawn and quartered.

Yeah I agree but they are still going off assumptions. No one can really know that isn't connected. Don't always agree with Trump but don't think Trump/Mattis did not know.
