Fox News host Tucker Carlson has been accused of echoing a 14-word white supremacist phrase during one of his on-air segments.
During a segment on his Monday evening show, Mr Carlson showed side-by-side images of Representative Ilhan Omar and Senator Tammy Duckworth, both of whom are Democrats on Capitol Hill and were born overseas.
The chyron on screen then read: “We have to fight to preserve our nation & heritage”.
Critics said the phrase across the screen mirrored that of the white supremacist 14-word slogan: “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.”

Seems I recall in history a man that stood up and claimed law and order was his only goal. He got power and caused 30+ million lives.
Let us not confuse "law & order" with a peaceful and stable society where social justice is available for all people.

MSG Stan Hutchison - lets blame systemic racism and white oppression to absolve ourselves of accountability and responsibility for everything. thats not how this works, its not white people who obtain illegal handguns and kill black youth, it's not white people who make black couples have sex, and then the father bail, and it's not white people who are destroying black businesses in their neighborhoods, thus destroying the neighborhoods economic growth, which will not recover for decades (see rodney king riots and the economic fallout of those riots). Systemic racism exists, and I do not deny this, but it's also become a crutch, a convenient deflection of responsibility and accountability in order to excuse the negative behaviors.

MSG Stan Hutchison - this is still just a deflection, looking at the root causes, and pointing out self inflicted issues are not mutually exclusive, no matter how hard people want to deflect, self flagellate, or call people pointing out these facts as racist (not saying you are calling me racist). Denying or deflected the hard statistics and facts is nothing more then self delusion. This month long protest/riot is not hurting anyone but themselves. They are destroying their economic power, their educational equity, putting business owners out of business (many will not reopen due to corona and having their livlihoods destroyed), and sadly, killing their children. Thats not to mention that the crime statistics in these high protest areas have skyrocketed in all categories. One can be sympathetic and empathic to a cause, and still be against the actual real harm being done to the people they are so called fighting for.

MSG Stan Hutchison - I am going to point another thing out - the Couple in St Luis, who went out on their property with firearms, because the protestors broke through their security gate, where raided today by the Police, who then confiscated their rifle. The male who had the rifle broke no laws, did not point his rifle at anyone, and was exercising his constitutional right to protect his property, no charges were brought against them. Make no mistake, this was a political decision by the law makers of that city, and a direct response from the mob who pressured the elected officials. As an addendum, the private security firms, also facing a mob backlash, have refused to provide security to this couple. I pray that what I believe is going to happen, does not happen. I believe this couple will be revisited by the "protestors", and property is going to get destroyed, or worse.

When films, books, statues are being removed, banned, or toppled and our police force are being defunded, when one of the two advocates dismantling all our social and political systems, then yes, we must fight to secure our way of life. very few claim that reforms are not needed, I pretty much think we all are agreed on this, but defunding the police, when there has been huge spikes in crimes in urban areas where protestors have free reign, then yes, we must fight to secure the American way, and our heritage. 8 children were slain in democrat led cities, where those leaders refused to enforce the rule of law. It is one thing to protest, quite another to destroy lives, destroy property, and destroy children. You may not approve of what I am saying, and quite frankly, I am past caring, or trying to reason - the left has made this an all or nothing venture, where discourse is near impossible, and having a well reasoned, and nuanced, argument is automatically labelled as racist. when 14% of our population commits 27% of all crime (nearly doubled their population percentage, no other demographic exceeds their population percentage but this one) * Source is DOJ crime statistics* I will continue to say that a lot of the problems are self inflicted. As Don Lemon of CNN said on national television, BLM is not about all black lives - so they can safely ignore the terrible reality that many black lives are taken by other blacks. I empathize and sympathize with police reforms, justice reforms, education reforms, once you cross the line into taking lives, then I am your enemy, and I give no fucks about how oppressed you may feel.
