Turkish Lawyers Seek Arrest of US Service Members on Incirlik Air Base

Was there: Oct 84 to Dec 86. 39 SPF. They loved american dollars flowing in the village off base and lots of cash flush TDY troops from TJ , and all the fighter bases in the UK. Since they moved out the civilians and shut everything down, the village is hurting and we are essentially captive in a " allied " nation. We spend a lot of money all over the country, they would be hurting without it. So sad.

Simple solution, pull out of Turkey, have them expelled from NATO, and formally recognize the area of northern Iraq (which pretty much governs itself) as the nation of Kurdistan.

Close Incirlick AFB Russian style and pull out ALL US assets and equipment to Turkey's theocracy.
