By the same token, a military member convicted of adultery, a felony in the military, would not be allowed to own a firearm. Personally, I just don't find all felonies equal.

Maj Thornton that's crazy they'll give you a weapon to fight or qualify with but you can't own one.I don't know mixed feelings

Same goes for one convicted of domestic violence. Any felony should get one discharged from military service with a permanent record but we know that’s not always the case. Plea deals and forced retirements happen.

Tax evasion and they'll take your guns.Wow!So if you scratch your rear end the wrong way they'll take your guns.Burn the flag your good just keep your guns buy some more the govt may need you.
