LTC Eugene Chu I think dead malls could be best utilized to house homeless veterans and be set up like a little post. Have one “Store” serve as the medic office, one area for donated clothing, one store for haircuts, one place for transition counseling, one place for resume writing and job application assistance, a space for art, a space for “coffee and donuts” chats and a sign up roster of skills veterans have that could be used to help other veterans in the community.
