Not everything is as it appears and if it doesn't sound like the claimed source well maybe it isn't. It pretty easy to put things on the internet, Twitter, Facebook etc, that doesn't mean all of it is true. Its not the first time either that another's ID and perhaps even picture were pirated without permission of the owner and presented as being them when it wasn't.
