Two black men hanged within 50 miles of each other during the BLM protests? Why no, that doesn't sound in the least bit suspect...

What is curious here, and we don't have the police reports to bring clarity to this event, is why the reports to the family were not made by admitting there is not enough evidence either way to support a conclusion as to the manner and cause of death. What is also odd is why it took a while for an autopsy to be ordered. I don't know California law but in most major municipalities an unattended death requires compelling evidence not to require a post mortem examination by a board-certified pathologist. In the case of these two incidents, I'm inclined to agree there is too much 'coincidence' to be dismissed as suicide and the autopsy should reveal whether there was a struggle beforehand or any evidence of victim being subdued by use of chemicals or other means to remove obvious evidence of a struggle. It will be interesting to follow this to a conclusion.
