Typhoon 22W (Soulik), # 20: Kunsan enters TCCOR 3

I remember those Typhoons all to well. Each one of my tours in Korea had serious destruction of structures and some loss of lives during these Typhoons. During one of these I remember being completely cut off from the community outside our post and the civilian community having some buildings completely submerged in water; bridges completely submerged and we were separated from our co-joining post and had to fly rations in to them until water receded enough so we could get to them.
