U.N. Security Council condemns North Korea's missiles tests

The missile went 450 miles and came within 60 miles of Russian Siberia. An Intercontinental Ballistic Missle is supposed to deliver the payload to orbit. This shot is either one more failure or was never meant to me what the chicken little press insists it was.
