U.S. Marines Ink New Rules for Tattoos

Tattoos do not define a Marine. Some of the best Marines I've ever known had a lot of ink, and some of the worst had none. I'm for not having any on your neck, and face, but as long as you look good in your uniform I don't see any reason why you can't have it anywhere else.

It is getting a little more realistic, but still needs more defining. We are still the most conservative of any of the branched.

People went to a lot of work, expense and mental gyrations to come up with a fairly comprehensive reg, yet it probably still won't be tight enough to escape all the barracks lawyers we have out there.
