That is interesting SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that US Naval ships and fighter jets maneuvering across the South China Sea and the Sea of Japan represent the "new normal" in U.S.-Pacific relations despite rising tensions with China and Moscow. I expect this means they are the new median or mean of activity in a statistical sense.

History always repeats itself. Navy Ops were hot and heavy there during the Vietnam War until the Persian Gulf became the thing. Once again back to the South China Sea. Hopefully it will make for some excellent Port Calls.
