Pretty Impressive bit of Naval Engineering. I bet the Crews were not real thrilled. Sailors have a strange love/hate relationship with their Ships.

The Vietnamization of the US Navy must have been a traumatic time for the riverine patrol men who protected the Mekong Delta and other tributaries for so long SP5 Mark Kuzinski.
I can only begin to imagine that turnover of patrol boats.
