U.S. police chiefs group apologizes for ‘historical mistreatment’ of minorities

It's a start in my book. Apologies are hard to make at times.

Bad precident.This was a reaction to the current Obama Administration climate of cop hating. While there a racist, bad cops, those types exsist in all professions. It's just this current administration makes accusations first. Sets incidents on fire without waiting or looking for evidence. In all but a few cases the police officers are exonerated but by then the criminal has been turned into a martyr alarm Michael Brown.
